Project Info
A compact, two-storey, three-bedroom house built using prefabricated cross-laminated timber construction was erected on a small plot. The design combines high living quality with energy efficiency in accordance with the Passive House standard. Thanks to precise planning, the entire building could be transported in a single HQ40 container, enabling cost-effective realization. High-quality wood-aluminium windows ensure a comfortable indoor climate, even with the strong temperature fluctuations typical of the region.
