We are not driven by the question of whether to use stone or glass, box or blob, metal or wood, but by the never-ending search for an answer to the question of how we humans will live in the future and how to implement that creatively.

At G22 Projects GmbH, the architectural and general planning office, we are active on a national and international level, specialising in tourism, hotel and spa projects.
We combine design, form, functionality and economic efficiency. With each project we express our creativity in new ways, whilst continuing to respect the rules of the game.

We consider the environment and architecture to be one unit and believe in offering ecologically sustainable solutions throughout our entire ser vice spectrum. We work across the disciplines, together with experts in many areas, focussing on questions concerning legal issues, structural analysis, energy efficiency, ecology and, of course, economic efficiency.
In this respect, it is vital that we work closely and constructively with all our project partners. This is the only way to find the best possible solutions and to be able to address and implement our customers’ individual wishes whilst staying true to advanced and sustainable architecture.

This project was my first encounter with CLT back in 2015, and what an experience! Love at first sight. Working with the CLT -possibilities is really like a dream-come-true. Lovely lively material which enables clean-cut, honest design, with no worries of on-site misunderstandings of construction or design. The builders work in a healthy work-environment, with no pollutants from the building material or stressful building site-noise, as opposed to working with steel and concrete for instance. They all express their utmost contentment, and builders from other building sites has continuously applied to be transferred to our site. That says a lot for CLT in my opinion.

Successful architecture arises in a dialogue of the par ties involved. Our objective in this respect is to build in a sustainable, formal, functional and ecological way. We therefore develop our buildings based on the prevailing conditions. The location and its history are just as important to us as the purpose of the buildings and the people for whom we build. In order for this complex process, with its many players and conditions, to result in good architecture, it is necessary to have a trusted agent at the centre of proceedings. With nearly 30 years’ experience as architects, we consider ourselves to be exactly that trusted agent.
