The building shell is made of KLH® – CLT, which is characterised by high stability, dimensional stability and excellent ecological properties. KLH® enables fast, precise construction and ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Industrial prefabrication in the factory significantly shortened the construction time and ensured consistently high quality. Customisable and demountable components enable flexible use of the building and support its sustainability in terms of the circular economy.
