The redevelopment of the Neumarkt outdoor swimming pool has modernised the facility and preserved it as an important community hub. As part of the project, a new catering and service building was constructed using approximately 955 m² of KLH® – CLT, bringing together catering, service and technical areas within a compact design. Despite limited space and challenging site conditions, an efficient solution was successfully implemented. The timber structure combines functional requirements with a warm architectural appeal and complements the revitalised outdoor swimming pool complex.
