At 460 m², the building serves as a tourist office and holiday flat. The pitched roof and open-plan design offer a view from the elevated road to the landscape. The walls, ceilings and roof made of KLH® CLT and a carbonised timber façade ensure durability and harmonious integration into the surroundings.
